Well, unsolicited dick pics usually come in the very first PM, so I am not even starting to chat, there is nothing to kill

If we really are talking... Not a litster, but I think I just killed a very promissing chat by refusing to send a face picture. Which is a pitty, because I did like the guy and we were a very good match on a few topics.

Anybody stating "pushing the limits" as their interest is an instant stop at the moment. I want my limits respected, not pushed against.

Insistance on moving to any form of texting. PMs or even better e-mails, are much more my speed. Somebody mentioned 10 min intervals between replies as a conversation killer. Well, unless we are actually playing, I don't see anything wrong with that. Just a few meaningful messages a day is a more appealing way of communication than a barrage of one word and emoji replies.

Deliberately bad grammar, as in using capital letter for every word, using way too many slang words without much need. But, again, this is not a killer because a chat would not even start in such a case.

On the other hand loving his wife is absolutely not a problem.

I'm a pretty easy going guy. For me, there are only three things that spell "Get the fuck out."

1) Lying. Don't have to know everything about you. (Especially not at first, thank you very much.) But, what you do tell me had best be the damn truth.

2) Abandonment. If we're talking and then suddenly we're not, and especially when something is happening that I need a friend, then why should you be anything more than someone I used to know?

3) Lashing out at me or someone I care about with the intent to harm.

***shrug*** Shit happens and people have a bad day. So, if things were that promising that I considered us friends, then I tend to give a second chance. And being American, the three strike rule from baseball just made sense to me.

Lies are a strike. Abandonments are a strike. Lashing out to harm me is an automatic two strikes (at someone I care about is three). If you accumulate three strikes, I really don't care anymore. Doesn't matter how bangin' your body is OR that you can suck a golfball through fifty feet of garden hose, kinks and all, you are just someone I once knew.

Anything else, I can typically deal with. (And have. Frequently.)

At least about (1) and (3), because for (2) to happen it has to be a bit more than just promissing chatting.
