I think to answer this question properly one needs to know more details about the intended story -- the characters, the story arc, etc. In my view those things determine the right POV.

But, speaking as a guy, it generally would be sexier to me to read a story from the POV of an old man getting it on with a hot young college girl than to read a story from the POV of the college girl getting it on with the old man. But it depends on the details of the characters.

Truth or dare can be a bit difficult to make compelling anymore since the characters always have to act like they don't know the tropes of these kinds of stories and get shocked at how far things go despite truth or dare essentially only existing anymore in fiction to be a prelude to sex.

As a suggestion, maybe have the girls or guys set a "no sex" rule with the dares. So that way the story is about that rule eroding over the night and the characters don't have to play dumb about what both sides want out of the night (at first it's no touching genitals, then it's okay to touch but no mouth or genitals touching, then straddling and blowjobs are okay, then the rules go completely out as the story reaches the climax and everyone is fucking).

Also, you need to make the truths an interesting part of the plot. Too many times I've seen stories toss the truths completely out when you can build tension with them,

As for perspective, either could work. I'd be more interested in the girls' perspective but to each their own.

Also, since you're wanting a ganfbang, how does that happen? Do the girls save one lose their nerve and leave and the remaining one dare the guys to fuck her? Or is it a back and forth
Gangbang where the girls grab a guy to dogpile while the guys grab a girl and they switch off over the course of the nigt.

This sounds like an ideal situation for what I call "head hopping." You write it in third person, but switch perspectives every few paragraphs. For example, you have one girl be the main observer as the girls are moving into their home. Then you switch to one of the old men as they are moving in. As each person takes the hot-seat in the game of truth-or-dare, that person becomes the focus. But the prose is always written in third person. You "head hop" with regards to who has their inner thoughts on display to the reader.

It can be tricky, but I've seen it work, and it is very satisfying for the reader if done well.

ETA: Before anyone jumps all over me, yes, I know that Head Hopping is one of those things that writing instructors (and editors) tell you to avoid. I still think it can work, especially in a story with an "ensemble cast" like the one proposed in the OP.

Thanks I wanted it to start very subdued as the old men invite the ladies and the girls are afraid but later after having few shots they decide to humiliate the old men by making them do degrading tasks but then when they are in the spot the old men return it by making them do things like “remove bra without removing top” , “ kiss your best friend “

As alcohol and hormones increase, it ends up with sex and then they keep changing between partners

Flip the conceit. A bunch of college lads take a beach cottage right next to a gaggle of sly old gals, not all GILFs. Or go lesbian or GM. But no tentacles.

I think it'll be a bit of a trope if you have old men vs. college girls. Why on earth would the college girls spend time with some old men?

Instead of truth-or-dare, which made me roll my eyes a bit, here's a thought: A group of college girls and group of old men are at the same hotel resort. One of the girls is at the bar drinking and she hears two of the old guys reliving an insane story. It could be from a war, or from partying with real rock stars, or just crazy shenanigans involving danger.

She jumps in the conversation because she's interested, they invite her back because they have primo drugs and alcohol, she gets some of her friends, and the friends are now invested because the old guys are a ton of fun and not perving on the girls like the young college guys are.

Then everyone gets drunk, one of the girls dares another to go topless in the room's hot tub, and it's off to the races.

I hate to say it but as soon as someone says "truth or dare," I'm out. Another poster said they establish the rule of "NO SEX" and that would dovetail nicely to the story to keep me interested.

I still think the old guys & young gals structure is creepy and unbelievable unless the gals are hookers on vacation. Flip it to a bunch of fairly fit older gals targeting a group of young guys, maybe dorks who can't get girls. The old gals know these kids will be pretty energetic once they get going.

And I agree that truth-or-dare is feh. Devise some word and/or card game that leads to physical contact, then kisses and squeezes, then wandering off for private sex -- or a mad group fuckfest.
