I will say this about any throat sprays though..it's usualy a topical numbeing agent, so if you use it, you might wait a little bit afterwards before engageing in oral sex, so that you don't accidently numb the part of your partner you're trying to please.

Well I have had a little practise this week and found that if I breathe through my nose and kind of loose myself in what I am doing I don't gag.... In fact it is when I start thinking about what I am doing that I start to gag....

So my rules are breathe through the nose and don't think about it just enjoy...

when did you have it done like in the past year if so it sounds like you have some scaring in there, give it some time as you may not it as will for a bit of time.

No, the Dr. said it was not any excess scaring... just a nerve, he thinks. In other words... deal with it.

Ty...I will! I actually posted the update awhile ago...

Ok... I went to the Dr. and here is what he said.

After a short examination of my throat, he said that he can see no physical reason for the gagging, nor does he see any excess scaring from my tonsillectomy. I do have acid reflux, which he said can contribute to gagging. He also reminded me that my tonsils had been very large, had been for years (my previous doctor put the surgery off for years.) and said that it was possible that after they were removed a nerve was exposed, which is stimulated whenever anything solid, or hard, hits that portion of my throat. This would explain why I can eat chewed food with no problems, but have problems with pills, toothbrushes, and cock. So, on to the other suggestions; I will be buying throat spray at first opportunity, and will try the on the bed trick Anelize and AngelicAssassin told me about.. Also, I will try to just relax, and train myself not to gag. Does not sound like fun.

I've been thru several drugs, I've been on Nexium for over a month now & I take it religiously...am due for a dose as soon as I post in fact

Once it really kicked in, not only did it clear up the reflux, it helped me moderate my appetite & diet

LOL.. cool. I just have problems remembering to take meds. I have actually forgotten to take pain pills before. I hardly ever remember my vitamins, or anything. This is why I get the birth control SHOT every three months... cause I can't remember to take the pill.
