The average American has no clue who is the prime minister, president, king, dictator, whatever of our enemies, allies, and closest neighbors. Aside from Cuba. Fidel has been there so long he's an institution. Now, the average non-American can no only tell you who the current US president is, but knows who the past president is and has an opinion on who he or she would vote for should they have been allowed to do so. So why is America the greatest nation? Because ya'll care too much.
