My best friend has trouble finding her G-spot and I cant really explain to her how to find it...could anyone give me some tips or ideas that I could share with her on finding hers?

good question

Hmmm...
why not suggesting online health sources or books?
I dunno. I'm a guy. I don't have a clit...or at least I hope not...

Locating the G Spot: Tips for Both Him and Her

The best way to explain how to find a G spot is to first hold your hand out, palm side up. Curl one or two fingers slightly and then insert them into the <shudders> vagina. (Yes, I said the "V" word again.) Most often, fingers should be able to reach. (If not, there are specific curved G spot vibrators.) When you feel a spongy area, you've hit it. Geography on the body, the G spot is like right behind/under the pubic bone. Hope this helps.

Please let your friend know that not all women have multiple orgasms even if they do locate their G spot. Some do not react all that dramatically to having the G spot stimualted.

Village or Thrive both have had multiple articles recently on this subject. As Tiggs suggested the G spot vibrator would be a way to explore her body and her particular response to hitting "da spot".

Thanks Dr Tiggs for your very descriptive location. Now all doubts I had before about where to actually find it have been washed away. You can be certain I will be on a mission very soon to locate da spot.....or should I say my husband will <smile>

since everyone's body is supposedly in proportion, this is the easiest way to explain it. using the middle finger, go in till about the second knuckle down from the tip and feel the front wall (closest to the stomach) for an area about the size of a quarter. It feels slightly different from the surrounding tissue---spoongey. when you first press on it, it feels like you need to pee---just wait out those few seconds and then continue on. by the way canadian guy, the clit and the g-spot are seperate (new research says they may be conected but I dont see how----two very different orgasms from the same thing?)
