I wanted to them go under a standard bankrupcy which would have been more fair as investors got scrrewed to protect union workers.

Now instead of the money being giving back to tax payers it is being given to the parasites at the Union how is that fair?

They did. However he's likely thinking that GM owes taxpayers money because the Treasury owns GM stock. Just like Vette, Dazzle thinks that stock is a loan.
