I've heard many here support the idea of refusing to buy oil from the Middle East, and for many reasons, from boycotting to extricating our country from dealings with the unstable region.
In agreement, I'd like to pass on this info in order to better enable us all to do just that.
Next time you fuel up your car, use a gas station that buys from or is owned by one the following companies:
CITGO
SUNOCO
CONOCO
SINCLAIR
BP(British Petroleum)/PHILLIPS
HESS
They don't get any of their product from the Middle East.
The following companies DO get quite a bit of their product from the Middle East:
SHELL
CHEVRON/TEXACO
EXXON/MOBILE
MARATHON/SPEEDWAY
AMOCO
You can get more info from the DOE. They have reports with full disclosure about where our oil comes from.
Help eliminate U.S. dealings with the Middle East, in all its forms! Be choosy about where you get your fuel.
Edited for an oopsie
Stepping off the soapbox,
