For those who are not aware, the Bushmen [San, they don't like the name] are not Negroes. Purebred Bushmen are about the color of an apricot. [Most of the current Bushmen are crossbreeds with the Bantus who live around the Kalahari.] Strangely enough, the Bushmen share certain unique DNA features with the Nilo-Hamitics. The Nilo-Hamitics were, until not too many years ago, thousands of mile to the North.

I know I posted that I would not have any further comment (PW/OFC), however your post above reminded me of a news article in a Tribune paper which revealed that Neanderthals had apparently inter-bred with modern humans. This, they say, was found by researchers who found the DNA mix.

Neanderthals are said to have had larger brains, and a particular gene, or modified allele, is now in about 70% of us moderns. This was thought to have occurred about 37,000 years ago. For any interested, this research was said to have been done by the pretigious University of Chicago, a brain tank in its own right just as MIT, Stanford, Princeton, etc.

I didn't know there was a brain tank in chicago 37000 years ago.

But the story in the original first post is very interesting. I like stuff like that.

I only saw a short news thing on it, but not long ago they found like a caveman computer, he, he. Well, thats what the headline said. But they did say it was kinda like a calculator or something, made way before anybody should have known what one was.

I was baffled, large brain and all.

You are refering to the computer found in the Greek shipwreck, name escapes me noe.
