I just wrote an angry e-mail about this. Maybe they don't know this product sucks and will actually try to make it up to a "valued" customer. If not, I'm spreading this info around to everyone and everywhere I can!

I know! That's why I bought them but they aren't okay. Not at all.

The wires that connect the power to the pads come out with very little reason to. This essentially breaks that pad in spite of experiments with electrical tape.

I must do two thirty minute sessions a night. At least one pad breaks, sometimes two EACH night. These things are extremely flimsy.

I haven't heard Jack Shit from the company selling them.

They have a little longer and then I'm making a campaign about getting the world out on these and the company I bought them from.
