I like the excitement of not knowing what is going to happen when I read other peoples stories. I enjoy making my own stories too, but I thought it would be funner and less predictable with multiple writer's ideas.

Maybe we could take turns writing a chapter, and have some basic rules to keep it consistent. I was thinking only one sex scene per chapter so we could keep the story going. A maximum length so the chapters are similar size. Also no controlling other peoples characters without asking first, similar to a RP.

Set in the year 3000? There could be humans, any alien races you could think of, robots, made up planets, spaceships, laser guns, whatever you want really.

I thought of a character to start. A retired Chief Master Sergeant from the Space Force, in his mid 40's. Very muscular, with a faded haircut, a 5 o'clock shadow and a scar on his face from combat. A very handsome and charming man but overly serious.

His wife and kids died in a space war so he moved to a remote planet where he lives alone on thousands of acres. He has a farm where he grows strange crops and he hunts/fishes alien animals. He mostly keeps to himself because he is depressed about losing his family.

He has a female android to "keep him company" and sometimes goes to the bar in the only city on the planet. Mainly a trading post with different alien races from across the universe. He occasionally brings a female home from the bar, human or alien, but purely for the sex, he still hasn't gotten over the death of his wife.

I was thinking someone could come up with a character and help me get this started. Some ideas I had

A. Maybe a character from his old unit comes to see him with a serious problem that will force him out of retirement. Anyone who wants to write this story with me could have a character that was part of a special operations unit with my character?

B. Maybe the galactic government (whatever it's called) gets attacked on a massive scale, so my character decides to assemble a group of misfits from his remote planet to fight back against the invading force?

C. You make up something to get this character out of retirement and we can start the story lol if anyone is down let me know your ideas. I'm open to having multiple people working on it. Maybe there is a female out there who can create a character who will become romantically involved with the retired Chief Master Sergeant too. I'm open to whatever, I like not knowing.

PM me or comment on here and I will try to check back often, hopefully someone is interested, you don't have to be an amazing writer either just let me know, thanks for reading.

I will add an Orchard just for you! :) Thank you for responding, I sent a PM too. Just let me know what you decide, and feel free to share any ideas if you are interested.

I've been involved in this sort of collaborative writing experience. Not in erotica, though; only in crime noir sorts of stories. They can be fun, and can result in some very interesting works. The downside is that they take FOREVER. Just when it is YOUR turn to write your chapter, that's when your personal life or your professional life goes to hell, and you don't have a spare minute to process words. Eventually, you do finish your chapter and turn it over to author n+1, and that is exactly when THAT person's life gets slammed!

But if you have the patience, and a good team, you sometimes do end up with something special. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it. Hopefully it all works out fine. I'm not looking for perfection, just a fun story to write and hopefully read.

You have already written a story that hasn't been written? No idea is original, there's nothing new under the sun, it's not what you do it's how it's done. I'm willing to bet many others wrote similar things before you too. Sorry.

You do know that there are only six plots that any author has used in all of time so far, right?

And of course they did. Reference question above.
