Come Saturday I'll be heading for the beach. I can't wait but in the meantime my life is spiraling out of control with so much to get done.

Anyway, I am not sure I will have any Internet access at my condo but even if I do I will be very busy having a sun, swim, eat, drink, read, play games, write and fuck-athon for a whole seven day week!

So I just wanted to let anyone who cares, know I will be gone for a while and posting little if any.

Just make sure your beach ain't in Texas!

I generally only take two, week long trips a year.

Yeah thankfully Texas was last year's beach because of Ivan I think it might have been? We have to try to plan while dodging nature's fury.

This year we are hitting the Florida panhandle where the sand is like squeaky sugar! In truth the more mud like sand of Galveston is better for sand building.

I prefer the condo we are going to because I can watch the ocean, bay, pool and sunsets from my corner wrap around balcony whist sipping my margaritas and eating.

The funny thing now is that the kids often opt to not go down to the beach with us at least half the time. Which gives us more time for date like behavior in the waves! *GRINS*

LOL I live for the day that I don't have to take the kids everywhere for me. *sigh*

I agree with geoff, though - don't get online! Enjoy yourself, and come back to tell us all about it!

I am kinda addicted to the Internet but I'll do my best to deal with the lack thereof if I should not have access.

I don't know about telling y'all all about it. Not sure how noteworthy it will be but I do still have two toys I haven't used.

Things about my trip that I can look forward to during the packing frenzy.

1. I can sing what I want, when I want and not worry about losing my voice for a whole week!!!

2. It is extremely unlikely people who see me this next week will be agog at the fact I am doing normal human being things that in their minds a performer wouldn't do. I shouldn't be recognized at all!

3. I don't have to wear anything but a swim suit or a robe all week!

4. I won't be wearing makeup for a week!

5. No phonecalls just ocean sounds all week!

It was wonderful. It was not what I expected. I learned a lot, saw things I didn't expect. Was simultaneously more relaxed and more stressed than I expected. LOL!
