Probably there have been some 'switched at birth' incest stories, but I haven't stumbled upon one yet. So here's the concept: two couples, wives in labor at the same time, both have boys, which the hospital mixes up. The mix-up is never discovered. a year or two later, each couple has a girl, this time their own. One pair of siblings grows up lusting for each other but thinking "Oh noes! This is Wrong! We must valiantly resist!" Then when the daughter turns 18 and goes to college, she meets the girl she was switched with. The become best friends and fall in love with each others' brothers (actually their own biological brothers). The couples are relieved to have resisted the temptations of incest and instead fallen in love with someone 'safe'. They start their honeymoons, eager to start their perfect normal family life by making a cute little baby.
