Nonconsent, with a description and disclaimer indicating that there will be incest. You can't make everyone happy though. People often skip over disclaimers, so they get to the first sex scene and are shocked that there's incest. Others read the disclaimers and think they're not strong enough.

Still, I get less comments from the shocked and appalled than when I posted Rumours in incest with a disclaimer that it was nonconsent. My definition of medium-heavy nonconsent apparently differs from most people's.
