Thanks. I have broadband and MSN is usually pretty solid for me. I hated AOL more than anything in the world and got rid of it after less than a week.

had that problem today. I was on and in the middle of a conversation and my IM box disappeared...Then all of a sudden when I checked to see if my friend was still on, he was gone.

I ended up texting him on his cell...he couldn't get back on, so we IM'd through AOL...

It's amazing how we rely on these IM's, isn't it?
