She was dropping her kid off at school, and then you can see her starting to back up to turn around and leave when the ICE agents accost her (which they had no legal standing to do; they're not traffic cops). If Ross had been a Hennepin County police officer, he'd have known it's forbidden to shoot at a moving car under any circumstances; if you kill the driver but her foot is still on the gas, it's a damn good way to kill more people after all. Also, the video clearly shows he steps in front of the car. She didn't knock him over - at worst she brushed past him a bit after he stepped into the way - and clearly posed no threat to anyone when he shot her.

And no, she was not "detained for obstruction", nor did she resist arrest. ICE agents don't have the authority to arrest anyone under the circumstances that applied here.

It's this winner-take-all single-member-district system we have, it freezes out third parties. The party system has changed over time, but there are never more than two that matter.

It’s immaterial whether Biden stated he had an open border policy or not, the numbers speak for themselves. His elimination of Trump border policy speaks volumes. He and Mayorkas bastardized the parole section of immigration law and eliminated remain in Mexico. Your sources on the immigration invasion are almost non existent. FOX had people on the ground reporting daily numbers and was not some kind of loop. How you pick and choose your narratives doesn’t make it factual no matter how often you repeat them.
