I know I know the person you are talking about and it is really strange too that he would use the first amendment. It got me thinking...what about those who are not from the US...and there are many that frequent this board.
Would that defense he so blantantly waives about mean anything to them at all and can he use it with those not of this country (USA) even though the use of it for us who live her doesnt wash either.

Me, being a sort of "professional 1st Amendment adovcate" totally agree with guru - regarding the boards and the reality of government over it.
But most of all I curious about "who" we are talking about here.
