Resounding intelligence and wisdom doesn't negate psychosis.

This is historical fact, but one I never realized hit so close to home.

Someone has been stomping on my rosecolored glasses.

Clarity of time wasted is making me ill.

Ever been given a piece of information you held as truth only to find out thirty years later it was subjective reality? And that realization opened the doors for a thousand more skewed viewpoints you held as truth your entire life?

Not quite that long, but to more of an extent yes. Everything in the universe relates to something else, and when you take away that relation, things start to become meaningless.

Absolutely - one does not negate the other.

Happens much too often - especially as we get older we find we need new prescriptions.

Clarity of time wasted is making me ill.

Over that long a time frame, I can't say I've been in this situation. But it sounds like it would really suck. I'm so sorry.

Words words words... big words... and a question!

Did you just find out you're adopted or something?

Well, yeah, but not thirty years.

I thought the whole "until death us do part" thing was a universal law. Don't say it in front of God unless you mean it.

My parents' divorce proved otherwise.
