I have the helm today and am, therefor, the "powers that be", and I really don't like being chewed out by a customer (small municipality) because we didn't jump all over a nuisance type problem in two seconds (45 minutes elapsed before their fix was in place, during which time their software was working fine). They feel they are not getting "good support" for the whopping $800.00 a year they pay in support fees.
