That would bum me out, seeing as how I've been a Bucks fan all my life and was six when they last won a title.
Still, I get it. Why should they perform for our entertainment when they see how their brothers and sisters are marginalized as human beings.
They seem to understand their privilege, and have enough of a conscience to not disrespect those who don't have the advantages of position, wealth, and fame.
If minority health care workers and other marginalized essential workers follow their lead, protests would be the least of the country's worries.
Gandhi already demonstrated the efficacy of that kind of resistance.
