You forgot the most obvious one, the prisoner fucks the guard. There are female prison guards in a male prison, along with male guards in a female prison.

Granted if it is known that a guard is fucking, or being fucked by, a prisoner said guard is fired at the least. However, prisons are huge, there are plenty of empty hallways and rooms that are not used besides at set times. Guards have plenty of leeway on transferring prisoners to such and such a place, they can move a prisoner more or less when they wish. It is simple for a prisoner and guard to end up in a place where the prisoner or guard can slide cock into the other.

Not mentioned often, but for the most part, the prisoners really want this to happen. Guard having all of the control or not, they at least get laid.

I kind of like the idea of the guy being in prison because he covered for a loved one (sister or girlfriend or wife or whatever), and she ends up fucking one of the guards behind his back.

To take this further, we could also have the guard fucking the prisoner as well. Maybe the guy in prison has a submissive streak (thus how his girl talked him into taking the heat for her instead of standing up for his own innocence), the guard learns of this and plays it for full advantage. If you want to make him seem like less of a prick, maybe he arranges for the guy to be protected from some of the more unsavory types in the prison (to paraphrase Rocket the Racoon: "You want him, you go through me. Or more accurately, I go through you!")

I mean, it's your typical Alpha Male/Beta Male cuckold cliche, but as a simple stroker, it'll do it for a lot of people, and a skilled writer could probably put some interesting character nuance and twists into it.
