Western society's have evolved; the quaint notion of Marital Rights (lay on your back ladies and think of England as an example) are long gone. Oh and before anyone's knickers get into a knot count me amongst the "good riddance" crowd. Why add to the number of miserable people? We've enough now as it is.

I do yoga at home by myself . I don't find that the sessions themself turn me on but my increased flexibility and general looseness in my body have made sex more enjoyable. And my libido has increased since I started doing it regularly about 6 years ago.
