There's a knitting shop being boycotted and harassed for stating they will refuse sales of thread for the usage of pussy hats.

how about my reusable tampons? can i buy your alpaca for that?

there is a sisterhood of women who felt excluded from the march for the objection of murder of the unborn child. they are at odds with the movement. the far right religious pussy. bathed upon by saint john the baptist. it is how they curl in upon each other in defense of the truth of the lord. the preaches says. go out and seed.

What about crocheting a cunt kippah?

Tackle both problems, yes?

I'm really really trying to follow....

However, this seems beautifully archaic...

The (real wool!) sheeps used in my infamous sheep fucking horseshoe cowboy projects were bought from a christian gift kiosk at the mall. I bought a big ass box for use in an "art project" and the little white haired ladies were so incredibly happy (and thankful!) for the artful use of their little sheeps.

They would not have sold me pussy hat thread.

The Joy Of Knitting

With the recent women's march on Washington, I ask that you if you want yarn for any project for the women's movement that you please shop for yarn elsewhere. The vulgarity, vile and evilness of this movement is absolutely despicable. That kind of behavior is unacceptable and is not welcomed at The Joy of Knitting. I will never need that kind of business to remain open. Two wrongs will never ever make it right.

As the owner of this business and a Christian, I have a duty to my customers and my community to promote values of mutual respect, love, compassion, understanding, and integrity. The women's movement is counterproductive to unity of family, friends, community, and nation.

I do pray for these women. May the God work out His love in their hearts and continue to heal and unite Americans.

Those hats don't look anything like a pussy. At least from what I remember. Maybe pussies have changed some.

I think she is doing the best she knows how to do. I think it was a bit brave of her to take a stand when women worldwide were doing the same, only together. I disagree wholeheartedly with her, but as condemnations go - this was as lovingly put together as I think is possible. I feel a bit sad and perhaps pity her some, but she seems very confident in her convictions so I won't waste any time worrying for her. I reckon even if she did go out of business, she'd assume it was worth it and more importantly - that it was likely God's will.

I would think she was more brave if she had posted this BEFORE she made money selling yarn to women who were marching.
