There is an HBO show on Friday nights at 11:00, Real Time with Bill Maher, that has a comedy segment called "New Rules" in which Maher pokes fun at all sorts of current culture saying we need a New Rule for that situation, event, etc.

Sher is offering us a chance to make our own "New Rules" but I can't think of one tonight.

Hope that clears it up.
