~ PYT wearing heels instead of sensible shoes slides right into arms of a guy she never would usually give the time of day

~ no one catches the PYT, she breaks something, meets doctor wonderful in ER

~ no one catches the PYT, she breaks something, eats out the triage nurse to not wait all night at ER

~ neighbourly help spreading sand leads to more than hot cocoa as a reward

~ The widow has no salt or sand, so earns some the old fashioned way...

PYT is driving a tiny commuter car and the icy stuff on the road makes her slide into a ditch. Since it's after midnight, there is almost no one on the road, but a gentleman stops to check on her. His big 4x4 is blasting it's heater so she sits in his warm truck when he hooks up the tow cable. He cuts his hand hooking it up, and the big truck has no problem pulling out the tiny car. She is very thankful but has no cash, so in payment for the help, and feeling bad about his injury, she takes advantage of the roomy bench seat.

Exactly how does she show her thanks for his help?

I picture a car sliding off a lonely country road and crashing into a barn. Someone comes running out of the farmhouse to investigate.

Who was in the car? Who was in the farmhouse? Presumably the farmer (M or F) nurses the driver (M or F) back to health, in more ways than one.
