at wal-mart they pulled some computer games from the shelves today because of recent events ... however you can still buy a gun from a wal-mart store ... surely even if you don't believe in gun control this must seem bizarre ? to be able to buy a gun from a store but for them to ban you buying a video game

Boycott Wally World like I did a few years ago, then it won't bother you one bit.

I detest Wally World and all it stands for. Bastards. (Not to mention how much I detest standing in line for 30 minutes or more because they have 2 or 3 registers open in peak times!)

A minor point but they pulled the video games in ONE Walmart store - not the entire chain. There are Walmart stores that don't sell guns as well. Do you know for sure that you can buy a gun at the store that pulled the games?

I'll have a packet of gum, note book and that magnum please. Do you gift wrap. :D

no but i dont think that is much defence anyway its just a silly reaction in my opinion to tragic events instead of thinking about deeper causes as to what happened

if you don't like it don't shop there. There's more to life than 30 foot ceilings and fluorescent lights.

"If the snipers didn't have violence in their life, I don't think they'd be as violent as they are. I agree wholeheartedly with Wal-Mart in taking the video games off. And I think they should stay off," said Bobbie Harkey, a Tierrasanta resident and Wal-Mart customer.

Hey yo Bobbie.. Turn to the fuckin 6 o' clock news and watch it.. Then go tell the media to take out all the violence that they show that is a part of a snipers life.

I always had a problem.....

With the "mega" stores selling firearms anyway. Firearms should be sold by people who know how to handle them, and their limitations. They should be in sporting goods stores, and firearms stores. Besides, I would get really nervous having a guy in "automotive" telling me about a firearm that I can field strip blindfolded! You can also fart and scratch your ass openly, in the largely male environment of a sporting goods place! Errrgghh...errrgghhh! :D
