I suppose this can be read one of two ways:
1. You're anti Isreali and hate that nationality in general.
2. You've no opinions on Isrealis but haven't liked those few you've personaly met.
In case 1 we have a further question, would this also mean you dislike Jews? Some might think Isreali and Jew is the same thing, even Isreal tries to make this claim, but it isn't.
Myself, I have no love for Isreals politics and a lot of sympathy for the situation of the Palestenians. But I am not anti Jewish and in fact my lbest friend since high school is Jewish (this friend is a Zionist, but also frowns on Isreals actions.)
However, in the general sense; the statement "Frame me: I hated all the Israeli I've met in my life so far" holds no logical meaning and achieves nothing...
