I always try to make the title as descriptive as possible. I don't want to waste anyone's time because the title was "Looking for a story!" in a forum called Looking for a Story?
So, mother and son live together. No father in the picture. He might have died. Slowly, the son and mother fall deeply in love. The son is strong & manly and really takes care of the house and other manly duties. I think they go to a flea market where they meet this Asian woman who sells, I think, weird and uncommon sex toys. It turns out the Asian woman bought the house next door - although next door is like 1000 feet away...probably midwest. Well, the Asian woman visits the main character's house and brings over a couple of bottles of wine. The mom and neighbor get tipsy. I don't remember the order of events, but there is an obvious attraction between the mother and neighbor although the mother never even considered anything sexual with a woman before. The Asian woman also figures out that the son & mom are lovers based on the way they are around each other...the looks they give each other. The mother and neighbor end up having sex and then I think all three of them have sex. I know the son goes for a long run once or twice and I think that's how he realized the Asian woman was their new neighbor. The house she bought was in need of repairs and the handy son does some much-needed repair work for her.
It was a beautiful story and I'm so pissed that I didn't favorite it. I didn't even start favoriting stories until about a year ago -- there are probably dozens of stories I'd love to re-read that I can't remember the title or even the section they're in.
