Formula For Hypertonic Saline Solution-Nasal Irrigation (Wash)
1 Gallon Distilled Water- Store Purchased only
20-24 Level Teaspoons Plain Salt (NOT IODIZED) (I went with 18) Note: Take the time and measure it out correctly using a measuring spoon (U.S. measurement)
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda. This Buffers Out The Salty Sting. (I used heaping teaspoons)
Optional: 4 Ounces of ALKALOL note : Not Alcohol! (Eucalyptus flavoring) ( I used 3-1/2 OZ. this stuff is STRONG!
)
Take out about six ounces of water first from the gallon.
Keep away from children...Do not refrigerate and do not Substitute ingredients!
Use twice daily. Do not share!
