a bona fide case of media censorship.

But this assault on free speech was not the work of the usual suspects-among the

Harrington caught the thought police at Fox News in the act of making unauthorized
edits to Trump's divine discourse during an interview with Fox News host Dan Bongino

Most of this segment was filled with the typical Trumpian adoration by the Fox host
and hysterical incoherence by Trump. But Harrington noticed something terribly wrong
when she went to post Trump's sermon on Twitter (which is a flagrant violation of their
terms of service. Feel free to report it). She tweeted her discovery saying...

On Tuesday, the Texas House of Representatives voted to authorize the arrest
of statehouse Democrats who've refused to show up for round three of the
Texas Republican attempt to turn the party's insurrection-inciting hoaxes
into new state anti-voting rights legislation.

Any of the members of the Texas House who are still in Texas will now be
hunted down by state law enforcement and taken to the House chamber by
force.

The warrants can't be enforced outside of the state of Texas.

The current "emergency" special legislative session was called by
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott for the sole purpose of passing new "emergency"
voting restrictions - it follows a previous special session called for the same reason
(the reason for Democrats refusing to be present for a quorum, the first time.)

That the state's hospital systems are buckling under a new surge of COVID-19,
however, is not considered an emergency.

information and equipment, under threat of a subpoena.

Corman said Mastriano issued those letters without getting approval from
the Republican caucus and “scared off” the counties, which effectively
refused to cooperate.

Corman said he asked Sen. Cris Dush, R-Bradford, to take over the caucus’
election integrity venture.

However, Rep. Dush has been aligned with Sen. Mastriano.

In June, Dush and Mastriano both traveled to Phoenix to see the Arizona state
Senate GOP’s widely discredited and partisan audit of the 2020 election.

Republicans start election 'investigation' in Pennsylvania

HARRISBURG —

Republicans in Pennsylvania’s state Senate held their first hearing Thursday
in what they call a “forensic investigation” into last year’s presidential election,
an underwhelming affair that Democrats nevertheless say is an extension of a
national campaign to attack voting rights following former President Donald
Trump’s loss.

They (Democrats) say it is a perversion of the Senate’s rules and an effort
to undermine voting rights and the state’s mail-in voting law, in service
to Trump’s baseless claims that the election was stolen from him.

Officials from Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf’s Department of State, which oversees
elections in Pennsylvania, declined to testify.

Democrats questioned commissioner, Stuart Ulsh repeatedly about who paid
for the audit. Ulsh said he didn’t know, only that taxpayers did not pay for it.

Later, they questioned how he couldn’t be aware of a county document
stating that the software company — which for a time worked on the
Arizona audit — was contracted to a group called Defending the Republic.

The group is run by Sidney Powell.

The Health Department confirmed 4,391 new infections on Sept. 8, up from
the 2,356 new cases it reported on Sept. 7. That brings the statewide tally
to 1.32 million confirmed cases since the start of the pandemic.
The Health Department also reported 38 new fatalities, for a total of
28,446 deaths since the start of the pandemic.


The statewide positivity rate stood unchanged at 8.2%, the agency
said in a statement.

The new data comes a day after a statewide order mandating masks for K-12
students and children in childcare centers took effect.

On Tuesday, the Republican-controlled House of Representatives announced
it was cutting its summer vacation short to return to Harrisburg to try to undo
the order.
