Forgotten stories

I can't remember the author of a few stories I've read and really liked. I'm hoping if I describe what I remember someone can help me find them again -

The first one was about group of friends playing truth or dare or spin the bottle or something like that and ending up hooking up. The main girl was really shy and tomboyish. Her older sister and her sister's boyfriend ended up joining in, they were in the basement of her parents house. I can't remember any character names or other important details.

The other one was about a girl interning for a big company and she had a crush on her boss. On her last day she found out he wrote the erotic stories that she had been reading online. I read this one a few years ago but have been thinking about it lately.

Anyone know the authors of either?
