A lot of times it seems that a perfectly lovely girl on a tv show gets the lable of 'the ugly one' becuase she's not quite as glamourous as her co-stars. Some examples:

You're right about Holly Marie Combs. Piper is very sexy, but yes, she is more "the girl next door" than she is glam. I think she is overthinked a lot. Maybe that's why she was first to get married and carry on the Charmed legacy?

I have to say that Piper is the character I like the best. Been watching reruns of the show, and Alyssa Milano wasn't wearing as much make up and sexy clothes in the beginning. Piper's more realistic to me. And I like the girl next door thing... No wonder I'm into Lana from Smallville and Joey from Dawson's Creek.

I never did understand why Wonder Woman was such a popular character. Ok, she's pre-Xena, but still. Actually, I could picture Lucy Lawless play WW, just change the colours of the outfit...

Personally I always had a thing for Black Cat (Spiderman comics), Mary Jane, Psyloche (X-Men), Storm, Catwoman and similar. Was a big Marvel Comics fan. Oh yeah, and the Sorceress from the He-Man comics.

Other human celebs that are drool worthy:
