Shai sat atop the dark stallion, its hide gleaming with perspiration. Her small hand reached down and petted it,telling him all was well. She raised her head and gazed over the clearing before her.She was born of nobility, but her heart lay in the forests around her. Her father wanted her to learn the ways of a son and her mother was outright against it. Always yelling at her for not being more ladylike and feminine.

Shai shook her head knowing that with her turning 18 a few weeks earlier her mother had become obsessed with her marrying the toad of a prince from the next castle. She swore no man would touch her unless she chose it,so she had packed a small reticule and left on her stallion Diablo. She knew of a small hut deep into the next forest she could stay in for now. Most townsfolk stayed out of those woods saying they were haunted and that demons ran amok in them.

Shai clicked her tingue and turned her steed to the woods, breaking into a gallop. She let the wind whip her hair free from itsbraid and fall down and billow out over her back. She was small petite standing at 5 foot 2. Her blonde hair shone like sunshine. Her green olive eyes danced with her new-found freedom. Her small body was covered in the garb of a peasant but one look at her mount would tell those she was nobility.

She laughed as they charged through the trees, branches whipping at her hair. Her steed puffing as he galloped under her body. She drew him up to a halt as they neared her location, slowing she looked around her. Her eyes became one of a tracker as she looked and listened for anything. Slowly to a stop she slid off the back and took the reins in her hand and rests the other on the small version of a sword on her hip.

They walked deeper and deeper into the trees, the shadows chasing the sunlight away. She stopped when she heard a slight noise, turning her head she peered into the darkness around her. Noting that nighttime wa descending fast upon her. She looked around and felt the hairs on her neck standing up,her father taught her to trust her instincts. She spun just in time to miss a net that was flung her direction, her hands dropping the reins. Diablo reared up and thrashed his front legs. One of his legs connected with her shoulder sending a flash of pain through her body.

She pushed it back into the recess of her mind as she turned to face her attacker. She could see noone, hear nothing. Her eyes darted around her as she faintly heard the footsteps. "Who is there?"Her voice spoke steady as she pulled her sword from its sheathe. "Show yourself to me."

Her voiced requests were met with silence, then the burn of the dart in her neck broke through her defenses. She reached up and pulled the dart free to look down at it. The drug making her sluggish and the dart dropped to the ground, her eyes tried to focus on the shape of a man moving towards her. Her body became numb and she sank to her knees, the sword falling uselessly to the ground. Her eyes tried to focus on the man before her but the drug soon took over. Her body slumped forward onto the ground.

She was back. Niall hid himself in the underbrush as she came blundering through, scaring the deer he'd been following all morning, waiting for it to come to a proper clearing so he could get a good shot. From previous experiences with her, it was apparent she'd had some training in how to get around in the wild, but he couldn't understand how she thought she could hunt from horseback.

To any but Niall's eye, it might be assumed that it was another man in the woods, for this person wasn't dressed in proper woman's garb. However, Niall detected the swell of her breasts, the flare of her hips as she sat her mount, and once, she'd been scanning the ground for tracks, straightened, and cried out in surprise when she received a sapling branch across the face.

Niall had decided the next time he saw this woman, she would be his. He was young: by his reckoning, he was in the latter half of twenty-two summers, and had had only one woman in those years. Living as he did in the forest in a moss covered hut near a small waterfall, he had little contact with other people. They found him, occasionally, but for some reason, they never stayed. He didn't mind. His father had died when he was young, leaving him alone in the forest. He'd learned quickly those survival skills his father hadn't been able to teach him before his death, and was content with his life.

Until she appeared.

When he first spied her, Niall's cock swiftly stiffened. It had been some time since he'd seen a woman in the forest, and he wished to relive the pleasure he'd experienced that one time. She came and went, and Niall kept to the shadows and underbrush, a wraith in comparison to her. However, he didn't really wish for her to disappear. Her hair was too shiny, her face too clean to truly be one who needed to come to the forest to survive. It explained why her skills in the wood was so lacking. Niall had encountered enough high born folk who thought they knew their way in the wild that he recognized the look. They managed, but they could do so much more... if they'd only dismount and truly track as a forest predator tracks.

Now that his initial quarry was gone, Niall turned to the prey he'd wanted for some time. His father had left him the net, and had taught him how to keep it in good repair and how best to throw it. He used it mostly when fishing, but for a purpose like this, it'd do nicely.

In throwing the net, Niall let his excitement foul his aim. As well, the woman was actually more sure of herself than he'd originally given her for. His failure to remain calm had let her know he was there before the net was released, so it ended up tangled in a bush. He did manage to startle her horse, though, causing it to rear up, a hoof catching her in the shoulder.

To her credit, Niall saw her consciously push the pain away after a few moments, and though she panted against it, she found the strength to call out, drawing a short sword as she did.

She had fire, that was for sure. He only wondered if she had the skill to back it up. Niall wasn't much with a sword, but he'd defended himself with knife, bow and blowgun on many occasions. His well-practiced ability to melt into the forest had kept him from having to resort to weapons many times.

Now though, with as wary as she was, he decided it was time to turn to weaponry.

Dipping a dart into the vial at his hip, Niall fitted it to his blowgun and aimed. The shot wasn't perfect, but she stood so boldly in the clear that he'd have been a lummox not to hit her.

As if stung by a bee, she slapped her neck and searched the ground for what had bitten her. When she saw it, Niall saw her eyes widen then droop as the drug took affect. Before she could take two steps, her sword fell uselessly to the ground, followed swiftly by her body.

Niall moved quickly. The drug worked well in smaller animals, but this woman wasn't a squirrel or rabbit, so he didn't figure it'd keep her out for long.

Throwing her over her mount's saddle, Niall scooped up her sword his net, then led the horse to his home. He then tied the horse to a tree and carried the woman into the hut.

Swiftly, he knifed the ties of her trousers and shirt, pulled off her boots and disrobed her. His cock hardened immediately upon beholding her beautiful shape, but she was already showing signs of the drug wearing off.

Tying her wrists and ankles, he secured her to a tree that grew up out of the center of the hut, to assure himself she wouldn't be able to escape.

Shai shook her head, the fogginess drifted away. The pouding from the remaining headache kicked in. She grimaced and reached to rub her forehead. Her eyes went wide when she realized her arms were restrained. yanking on her bonds she bit back a very unladylike curse. She was tied to a tree, the bark seemed to have been smoothened behind her bare skin. Bare skin?

She looked down and her nakedness met her gaze, she struggled trying to free herself from the bonds, each move causing the pain in her head and shoulder to intenseify. Her eyes scanned the room and came to rest on the huge man before her. He sat at a table and seemed oblivious to her having awakened. She looked up at her bound wrists and twisted them.

Her soft whimper seemed to echo around the room. It was a large room, she assumed it was a hut. She noted how well kept it was and the various small weapoins are it. The wind that blew lightly across her skin caused goosebumps to raise. She yanked once more against her bonds, realizing it was hopeless. Her hair fell across her face as she struggled not caring now if he heard her or not.

"Where a I? Why am I bound?"she managed to gasp out as her struggles grew more feeble. A small trickle of blood slid down her arms a careless reminder at her present situation.

Niall sat back and watched her, his eyes taking in the curves of her body, the beauty of her features. Before long, she was awakening. From the look on her face, it wasn't pleasant.

Niall's cock was extremely hard. Normally, when this happened, he took it out and stroked it till he shot his stuff across the room. Now, with a woman, it hopefully wouldn't be necessary to do it himself.

When she discovered her bindings, he wasn't surprised to see she didn't like it. No wild animal enjoyed being tied. He did find himself enjoying seeing her nude body struggle against his knots.

"Where am I? Why am I bound?" she asked Niall, a hint of fear and desperation in her voice. The woman who minutes ago was ready to skewer him with a sword now wasn't sounding quite so confident.

Niall stepped up and because of his height, knelt to get closer to her face. He didn't bother hiding his erection. He'd lived his life in the forest, and had only ventured into civilization a few times over the years. Every time he'd gone into a village or city, he found that there were too many rules, most of them not written by the constabulary. In the forest, it was simply: live, and respect those who had to die in order that you could live.

Reaching out, Niall ran his fingers through her hair. It was silky. She had very nice things to clean with. For Niall, fresh water from the waterfall was it.

"You are in my home, and so you don't run away," he responded to her in as simple terms as possible. In his mind, there was no need for excess explanation. He knew the rules regarding humans weren't the same as with animals, yet he felt that, to some degree, since he'd captured her in a fair hunt, she was his.

Shai shrunk back slightly as he moved towards her,his body bending to meet her gaze. Her own eyes meeting his boldly, she pulled once more on her nindings. "You must let me go."She said more for fear of her family fidning her than for the position she was truly in.

She swallowed deeply trying to avoid looking down at his erection. He stood out straight and proud, her breath catching at his size. She had never lain with a man but she had heard stories from the maids around the castle. She twisted and bit back a small cry as the ropes continued chafing her wrists.

"You must let me leave. I have to leave."She said quickly as her gaze fell to his erection by accident. Her cheeks flushed and her skin reddened. She knew what he was thinking and her heart lurched. She had to leave somehow. The maids had told her how men could rip a maiden in twixt with their massive staffs and they would not stop at their whimpers and pleas. Her eye flew back to his face, her gaze more daring and bolder now.

"Must?" Niall laughed. "That's a very big word. Seems to me that's not a word for someone who's tied to a tree."

Niall's cock throbbed. He could smell her pussy. The years learning the different odors of each animal taught him how to detect even faint traces in the air. He knew his nose wasn't as sensitive as any of the animals he tracked, but it was far better than any of the people who came lumbering through the woods looking for a trophy for their walls.

He followed her gaze to his erect cock. He didn't touch it, he didn't wave it at her like he'd seen a pair of drunkards do to a woman in a tavern on one of his city visits. Niall simply watched her face as it changed several shades before her eyes snapped up and met his. He simply smiled. When he'd had his first and only other encounter with a woman, she'd seemed completely uninterested in him. She'd laid on the bed with her legs outstretched, seemingly bored. He'd been young and it was the most exciting thing that had happened to him. That is, the most exciting thing that wasn't threatening his life.

Her eyes dropped for a moment, and he watched as she gathered what strength she could, given her situation. The next look she gave him was unwavering, at least for a moment. It was apparent that she'd never been in a predicament like this. He was pretty sure she'd say or do anything in order to flee.

"I'm not going to ask you to make any promises. I'm not stupid enough to think you'll keep them if I untie you." For the first time since squatting down to her level, Niall reached to his balls and scratched, but he kept the movement neutral. He ached to fuck her, but as a hunter, he liked the pursuit of the prey. Granted, it wasn't like him to toy with it like this, but this was a hunt unlike any he'd ever taken part in.

"In case you're wondering, your horse is safe. He's tethered outside." A devious thought came to him, one he was sure would send a streak of terror down the girl's spine. "I know you want to be untied. What do you say I keep you tied, dressed as you are, but put you on that fine mount of yours and lead you home?" He wasn't sure where this cruel streak was coming from, but so far, he hadn't harmed her, hadn't touched her but to get her here and in her present state. He laughed at the horrified look on her face.

"Don't worry, pretty lady, I'm not going to take you to Mummy and Daddy like this. To be honest, I don't even know who you are. I only know that I've seen you several times here in the forest, and I had to have you.

"I'm Niall. I'm sure you have a name, also?"

Shai listened to his words and felt her heart drop, she lowered her gaze. His words confused her slightly, she had never seen him beofre. "I am Shai'Lyn,daughter of King Raulf of Dravenwood. I ..I was leaving home."She said trying not to give too much information out.

She shifted as much as she could and felt the knots give slightly. She showed no reaction as she continued to turn her wrists slightly. She watched him as he watched her. He was not hard too look at,he was quite handsome in a barbarian sort of way. Not peacocky like the men her mother wanted her to wed.

She watched as he rose and moved about the room, vanishing behind a hung blanket. She felt her right wrist slide free and quickly reached up to undo the left. She quickly grabbed a tunic off the crude chair and as she rushed from the hut flung it over her head. She whistled high for Diablo and without a thought bounded up onto the bareback. Her hands fisted in his mane as she kicked into his sides.

She felt the muscles tense under her thighs as the steed burst off acrooss the clearing. SHe headed for the trees and her hair blinded her as she made her mad escape. She felt the branches hitting her arms and face, the horse under her panting and wheezing from the bog they had run into. She knew she had to slide off the horse or chance him being sucked down. She smacked his rump and sent him running off into the woods knowing he will be fine.

She pulled herself from the boggy mess and moved into the rocky surrounding. She climbed upward hoping it was not a foolish mistake. She cried out when she heard the thudding through the brush behind her and knew he was after her. She climbed faster, her palms bleeding from the jagged rocks. She cried out as her footing slipped and she slid down the rough rocks before stopping herself. The searing burning down her shins brought tears to her eyes, but she couldnt stop. She came to a sudden halt as she was eye to eye with a firece looking viper. Its body coiled to strike and its tongue moving in and out frantcally.

Shai swallowed and tried to calm her shaking body, the noises behind her making her want to flee. She didnt know what to do,he face inches from the dripping fangs. She didnt the only thing she could think of and let go of the rocks. Her body fell backwards into the air,her hair flowing up past her as she plummeted towards the ground. The loud "Oommph" came from her lungs as a small out cropping stopped her fall. She pulled herself up and as close to the wall as she could to hide herself from view. Pain wracking her body from the fall.

Niall listened to the girl's explanation of herself, giving a curt nod, his lips tight. Nobility. No wonder she thought she was the one in control, even though she was bound.

Niall rose. Though his cock wanted satisfaction immediately, he hadn't survived so long by himself in the wild by giving in to every impulse, however powerful. From the sound of her voice - Shai was her name, hm... - the drug had dried her out some.

Niall went to get her some water. He kept an ear to what was happening when she left his sight, and heard her start to struggle once more. He was confident she wasn't going anywhere, so his disblief was incredible when he heard her moving more than she should have been able to.

Just as he got her back in his sight, she was throwing on the tunic he'd taken off her and dashing outside. With a rabbit's speed and agility, she leaped onto her mount and kicked him hard.

Niall took off after them. He had no horse of his own, but the thick underbrush and low-hanging branches slowed Shai down. Fortunately for Niall, she spurred straight ahead, a direction he knew would take her directly through the bog and beyond that, the ravine. He knew that even though they would outstrip him soon, they'd quickly be slowed enough that he could catch up easily if he ran, and run he could.

Niall brought Shai back into sight just as he reached the outer edge of the bog. He saw the horse heading off on its own and the girl slogging through the muck on the far side. Even for him, it was going to take some time to catch up. It was a long way around the bog, and there was a path through it, but the rainy season had been long and hard, so he wasn't sure the path would be the same as it had been last season.

Nevertheless, Niall started his way across using the path. As he suspected, some of the firm spots were now soft, and a couple times, he went in to his waist. Slowly, he found his way across, the path not having veered too much from previously, but just enough that he couldn't cross with abandon.

Niall was about halfway across the bog when he saw Shai start to descend the ravine. She climbed with fair skill for a well-born woman, but then, she suddenly disappeared from view. The bottom dropped out of his stomach when he saw her fall, for a fall was all it could have been.

Given a new sense of determination, Niall stepped up his pace across the bog, reaching the far side and the rim of the ravine in time to see a standoff. From where he stood, he saw the snake and the girl. She was dirty and injured, and there was a look of fear on her face, and with good reason. Niall knew of nothing that would save her from a bite from one of those snakes.

Suddenly, he saw resignation in her face, and she let go of her handhold. Once again, she disappeared from view. Niall scrambled down the rocks. When he came to the snake, he grabbed it by the tail and quickly flicked it like a whip, smashing its head against a stone. He then continued down the rocky slope until he found the girl, battered and afraid, hunkered down under an outcrop.

In this condition, she now finally looked like she belonged in the forest. Her hair was no longer perfect, her skin was covered in mud and leaves, and she bore the hard results of her falls down the rocks. The tunic she wore was torn in many places. It didn't really cover her very much, with the ties cut away and all the damage it'd incurred during her flight. Still, she wore it like armor, grabbing the tattered edges and pulling them tight against his gaze.

Once more, Niall squatted down closer to her level and held out his hand. In trying to find shelter and a hiding place, she'd trapped herself on three sides and above. Niall blocked the only way in or out.

Shai huddles on the ledge, her error evident to her only after Niall appeared in front of her. He didnt speak but only held out his hand to her. Her body shook from fear and adrenaline. She didnt feel her injuries which she would note later was a good thing. She looked around her and sighed in defeat. She extended her smaller hand and watched as it was engulfed by his own.

"Please,do not make me go back home. I have to stay away."She said faintly and in resignation. She let him pull her from the ledge and to her feet. She shivered when she looked down and realised how lucky she was. She reached up and brushed her hair from her face and looked down at fingertips that came back coated in blood.

She raised her eyes to him and took a deep breath as she followed him from the ledge. She didnt fight when he led them out of the ravine and back to solid ground. She looked up when the snorting of Diablo caught her attention. She smiled softly at the faithfulness in her steed.

She moved over and stroked the massive beast and rested her head against his side. She closed her eyes feeling Niall's eyes upon her. She had n more fight or flight left in her at this moment and she turned to face him.

Niall watched many thoughts go through Shai's mind by noting the subtle ways her face changed. Finally, resignation and exhaustion won out. Her small, dirty, bloody hand finally reached out to his, her fingers hesitating a moment before settling in his extended palm.

Carefully, Niall closed his hand around hers and gently led her out of her makeshift cage. Nighttime was falling swiftly. The sun had been less than a hand above the horizon when Niall had made his initial move to capture her, and darkness would engulf them soon.

Niall wouldn't have been concerned if it'd been only he out in the woods in the dark. As it was, no matter her skills with the outdoors, it would be best to get Shai - with her injuries - somewhere safe.

There was defeat in her voice, and a sort of pleading tone when she whispered, "Please, do not make me go back home. I have to stay away." Niall wondered what had gone wrong for a king's daughter to wish to be away from her pampered life, but he'd learned very early that an overabundance of curiosity was a good way to get yourself killed, in the wild.

With only a slight nod of affirmation, he made a quick investigation of Shai's injuries, determining that nothing was broken, even though she'd ache terribly in the morning.

"You ready to move?" Niall asked. Silently, Shai nodded, a little reluctantly.

Niall led her back up the ravine wall. He turned in his climb to see that Shai had stepped quickly to the lip of the ledge she'd taken refuge on and looked down. It was still quite a fall, little more than more rocks and scrub along the way and at the bottom. It could have been far worse for her, if she'd fallen a few feet to the left or right.

After quickly suppressing a shudder, he watched her start to climb. Had he possessed more clothing, he'd have offered it to her, but as it was, he had to make her climb in bare feet, practically naked. A certain part of him said it served her right. Another said he should have just taken the rag of a tunic from her and let her make the way back nude, but he couldn't do that presently, primarily due to her injuries.

He passed the dead snake, wondering if she'd even notice, and after several minutes of climbing, stood at the top, where he helped Shai to her feet when she finally reached the edge.

Her horse stood at the treeline, clipping off tufts of grass, content to stand and wait. Shai grinned and dashed to the animal, stroking it lovingly. Niall simply stood and waited. It would be dark soon, and he had no fire to see the way, so he'd have to rely on memory if it got hard to see.

Niall didn't see defiance in the woman's bearing now. The attention she gave her mount was relief in having survived two falls and a possibly deadly encounter with a poisonous snake. Eventually, she turned to him, weariness and resignation in her eyes.

Niall stepped up to her and looked down into those green eyes. He placed his hand in her hair, noting that it, indeed, was no longer as silky as previously. Without asking, he bent his head down and placed his lips against hers.

Shai watched as if in slow motion as his face descended towards hers. Her first thought was to fight but she had no fight left in her at the present. Her heart lurched and her stomach fluttered as his lips caressed over hers. Her hands raised to rest against his massive chest and she could feel his thundering heart.

She leaned into his kiss slightly and felt her lips part slightly under his,her eyes going wide as she felt his tongue slide past them to plunder her warm mouth. She tried to pull away, her hands pressing against him. "Please..I..nver.."She didnt finished as his mouth found hers once more in a more deeper and frenzied kiss.

She felt her lashes flutter down and her shyness evident in her return of the kiss. The horse picked thatmoment to neigh and nudge againt them pushing her almost to the ground. She raised her flushed face to Nial and then quickly lowered her eyes to the ground.

Niall was surprised, but pleasantly so, when Shai failed to turn her head at his advance. He was even more elated when she seemed to enjoy it! When he got more passionate, she appeared to resist, but they were separated by the horse. It was odd, but it did pull him back to their situation.

While he kissed Shai, the sun had dropped below the horizon. The only light he had now would be gone very soon. Without comment, Niall picked the girl up and lifted her to the horse's saddle. He then took the reins and started leading them into the woods, off the rocky terrain and around the bog.

Before long, it was full dark. The moon helped only a little, and the stars, while they were visible through the trees, lent no light whatsoever.

Shai blushed as he hefted her upon the back of the horse, she tried to pull her rmaining clothes together. Her lips tingled from the kis and she tried to calm the trembling in her lower stomach.

She watched him walk and admired the play of his back muscles with each step. She looked away and leaned down talking softly into the horses ear,her small hand stroking its neck calmingly.

She looked up as they neared the hut once more and before he could help her,she slid gracefully from the steed to the ground. She stood beside him looking around them into the darkened woods. She followed him inside once more this time on her own will. She was shaking afraid of what he might do to her for running away.

Even in the dark, Niall got them back to his home. He could make out Shai's outline against the moonlight that filtered through the leaves. Helping her down off her mount, he guided her into the shelter and onto the furs and skins he used for a bed.

Leaving her alone for a moment, he turned to the banked fire, soon getting it to a nice blaze. The light from the fire warmed the space well, and lit it sufficiently to see all corners - if corners there were.

Turning to check that Shai was still alright and comfortable, Niall picked up a wooden bowl and dipped it in a basin that stood near the fire. Carefully, he brought this to the bed where the girl lay.

At first, she jumped when he pulled the tattered tunic off her, leaving her completely nude once again. However, when he made no moves she deemed a threat, she calmed and let him do whatever he was planning.

Gently, Niall examined her body. This time, there was little arousal, as he was making sure her injuries were taken care of. There seemed to be no broken bones, fortunate for the fall she'd taken on the rocks, but there were cuts, scrapes and abrasions all over her arms, hands, legs and feet. These, he carefully washed, getting any dirt out of the wounds, ignoring any sounds of childish pain or protest.

When Shai's injuries were sufficiently cleaned, Niall turned and picked up a small container filled with mildly pleasant-smelling salve and rubbed that into them. She'd ache in the morning with bruises from her adventure, but at least the openings in her skin would be treated.

When this was finished, Niall put everything away, then started getting himself undressed. Soon, he was as nude as Shai. He made no comment at the uncertain look in her eyes, but was fairly confident she wasn't stupid enough to run out into the darkness, regardless what training she'd received on the wild.

Even so, Shai seemed like a rabbit, unsure whether to hold her ground or bolt. This behavior intensified when Niall laid down beside her on the bed and pulled her close to him. The tension in her muscles relaxed when she realized he wasn't making any move against her.

Before long, Niall was asleep.

SHai couldnt help a few small groans and protests that left her lips as he tended to her cuts and scrapes. She could feel his eyes watchinf her but his touch was not intimate as he cleaned her wounds. She watched as he applied the salve and close dher eyes for a few moments at the soothing feeling. His large hands gentle on her skin, his touch easy and undemanding.

She felt like a fool for running like she did,her father would chastiste her if he ever found out about it. She bit back the stab of sadness that spread through her chest at his memory. She knew he would be heartbroken with her leaving. She shook herself out of her reverie when Nial moved once more.

Her eyes widened when he disrobed and moved back to her side naked as she was. She moved to the edge of the pallet when he slid in next to her. She didnt know what to do,it would be foolish to run once again, especially at night. She tensed when he drew her next to his side and held her close. She remained tense until she felt him drift off to sleep.

Shai lay there listening to his deepened breathing and the nighttime animals outside the hut. She relaxed and let her body meld against his, soon her exhausted pulled her down into slumber. Sometime during the night she moved and her head now rest upon his chest and her leg entwined with his laarger ones.

When Niall woke, the fire was low and the room was dark. Beside him, Shai lay, comfortably warm against him, her legs entwined with his. This was unlike the time he'd lain with a woman before. She hadn't been there when he awoke. The soft curves against him now felt very good. Waking to this each day could become comfortable.

While he hated to leave Shai, there were matters he needed to tend to. Carefully, he rose, trying to disturb the girl as little as possible.

Stepping out into the early morning air, he felt the brisk chill against his bare skin. Shai's horse stood nearby, apparently having had no unwanted visitors overnight. It stood contentedly chewing on the underbrush nearby.

Niall walked into the stream beside his hut, the cold water freezing his feet and ankles immediately. Standing under the fall, the frigid water cascaded over his body, any thought of sleep suddenly shocked away. Quickly, he washed as best just cold water could do, then moved back to the hut.

Dripping wet, Niall stoked the fire, getting it back to a good blaze. Shai still slept, though she seemed restless now that he was gone.

With her laying there so beautiful and naked, Niall couldn't help but admire the artwork of her form. Her long blond hair sprayed out behind her, her breasts stood out enticingly. One leg was bent, hiding her pussy from his gaze, but he'd seen it the night before, he wasn't likely to forget such a sight anytime soon.

Shai stirred as the cool air brushed over her body when he left her side. Deep in sleep she whimpered at the loss of body heat. She shifted until she lay on her side and one leg drawn up. Her hair spread out around her and her chest moved with each deep breath of sleep.

She moved slowly coming awake and feeling eyes upon her. She frowned for a few seconds trying to chase the sleep from her foggy mind. For a second she had no idea where she was at. With a sharp gasp she pulled the fur up over her body and looked quickly over at Niall. Her skin reddened when she realised she was still unclothed.

"Wha..What time is it?"she asked him trying to break the thickness in the room. She scooted up to rest back on the bed. She hugged the fur tightly to her as she was aware he was naked also.

Niall smiled as Shai's eyes fluttered open and realization of where she was swept over her. She covered her body as well as she could, cowering away from where he squatted. He could track her down wherever she went, so he had no fear of her getting far, should she decide to bolt again.

He went to his knees and crawled to her, pulling the fur from her body. With a gentle tug, she allowed it to fall away. Niall felt his cock swelling again. Perhaps he would get more than a kiss out of her this day.

At her question, "What time is it?" he whispered, "The sun has broken the horizon." He continued moving toward her, until there was nowhere else he could be except for atop her.

For a moment, he thought about moving on that impulse, but first he inspected the wounds he'd treated the night before. Finding no sign of infection, he breathed a sigh of relief. Closer investigation showed several bruises, especially on her arms and legs. It was going to be painful for her to move for a few days.

"How do you feel? Do you need to relieve yourself, or bathe? I am sure a lady like yourself bathes in heated, scented water, but the water at the falls is clean, and will do whatever such pampered fare can.

"You fancy yourself a hunter, I take it? I was tracking a deer yesterday when you turned up. Perhaps you'd care to show me what a noblewoman knows of the hunt."

He didn't mention his desire for her, but by this time, she had to know there was more to his interest in her than saving her from dying on a rock ledge.

Niall sat, awaiting an answer, his cock hardening.

Shai shook but held her ground when he slid the furs off of her body. His words surprised her and she nodded. "I do need to relieve myself, but for a bath I can bath anywhere. I am not accustomed to just warm water."She said softly wathcing him as he sat close to her,his desire evident.

She raised her eyes to his at the mention of hunting. "I was trained to hunt and fight by my father. He wanted a son but got me instead. He should me everything he would have taught his heir."She said proudly at the memories of her fath and her in the woods together. She even smiled slightly at the memory of her mothers tirades about it also.

"I used to sneek in boys clothing on hunts with my father and his men. Once it became noticable I was female he halted that."She said shifting her legs so they were not so close to his heated skin.

Niall listened to Shai's tale of her training at hunting. With as easy as it had been for him to capture her, he wondered if she had any true prowess at stealth.

While his cock ached to fuck the pussy he could smell before him, Niall held those impulses in check. There would be ample time to take her when she trusted him a bit more. From bits of her story she'd told before, she wasn't going back to her previous life any time soon.

Scratching his balls idly, he stated, "You're coming with me today. I was tracking a stag when you blundered across my path yesterday. You can show me some of those skills your father taught you. You'll be of some use here, or you'll have to go home."

Shai looked up at Niall, surprised at his demand. She nodded and winced as her aches made her remember how close she came the night before to making a stupid mistake. She raisedher hand to touch the knot on the back of her head and grunted softly.

"I want to apologise for my stupidity last night. It was foolish of me to run like that."She said softly moving over closer to him.

Her small hand touched his arm and raised her head to look up at him. She raised up on her toes and placed a soft kiss to his cheek. She might be a virgin, but she was not naive enough not to know when a man is interested. His arousal was proff of his,but his tenderness and care the night before made a big difference.

Niall smiled slightly at Shai's surprise. After her attempted escape the evening before, she seemed shocked that he'd take her out into the wild, where she'd be more able to disppear. Of course, he knew these surroundings far better than she did, for miles around, and it had already been demonstrated that he was far better at blending with his surroundings than she was. Ultimately, it was as he stated, she would have to prove some worth to him or he didn't need the extra mouth to feed, the extra body to protect.

He waved off her apology. His general attitude toward outsiders aside, he really meant very few people any harm. Shai was an attractive woman. If she was going to stay, it behooved him to keep her in good health.

It *was* a surprise when she sidled up to him and kissed him. She'd displayed little interest in him up till now, so whether the kiss was of gratitude or more remained to be seen.

Before Shai could retreat again, Niall put his hands on her hips and pulled her closer. His hardening cock pressed against her smooth skin, but he made no overt attempt at anything beyond feeling her body against his. One hand wrapped around her slim waist, holding her fast, while the other tangled into her long hair.

For quite a long time, Niall gazed down into her big, beautiful eyes, trying to discern what she was all about...

Shai felt his hardness as he held her against his body, his hand in her hair. She raised her eyes to his seeing his desire. He didnt speak of what he wanted but his eyes told her all. She could feel him tense when she had kissed him. She knew what men and woman do when the desired each other, but could she do it.

He was much bigger than her and she was scared. She had heard stories about how brutal men could be with mating. She met his eyes and did not look away. She moved feeling the tug in her hair, but only so she could reach up and press her lips softly against his. She just pressed her lips to his,not making any attempt for a deeper kiss. This was her first kiss and she had no clue what to do.

It felt good to have Shai's smooth, nude body pressed against his. Niall liked it. She felt different than the woman he'd had in the village. That one had been anxious to get things over with. There was little urgency in Shai, but there was tension. Shai was also far prettier than the woman he'd had in the village.

His hard cock aside, Niall was content for the moment to just look on the remarkable beauty of this woman before him, so it was a surprise when she stretched up toward him and gently pressed her lips against his.

This was new. The woman he'd had before hadn't even tried to kiss him. It surprised Niall how arousing such a simple act could be. Suddenly, he felt the urge to pull her in tighter and draw as much from her as he could get, but there were little signs that told him Shai was more inexperienced in such sexual situations than he was, and he'd only had the one. Knowing she wasn't familiar with what was possible, Niall held some of his passion in check, but wasn't able to keep it all at bay.

Niall kissed Shai back with a little more force than she was exerting, yet still kept it far softer than his body said it wanted to. His fingers left her hair, instead changing to simply cupping the back of her head, holding her in place. His other hand strayed from the spot at the hollow of her lower back and over the round softness of her ass.

He didn't want to stop kissing Shai, but his body said it wanted to do more, far more. Still, there was work to be done. There were berries and nuts to be had, and other plants they could eat, but the meat stores were getting pretty spare, and with another mouth to feed...

Niall regretfully pulled his face away from Shai's, seeing the bewilderment in her eyes as to why he'd stopped.

He smiled down into her confusion. "Trust me, if we're successful today, you'll want far more than just a kiss." Niall had found the exhilaration of a good day of hunting aroused greater feelings than just gratitude at the animals for their sacrifice. There had been many times when Niall had found it necessary to take his cock in hand to relieve the amazing sensations coursing through his body after a successful kill.
