Let me start off by saying I grew up and lived in the US and worked in labor and delivery\post partum for several years. Part of my job was strapping the babies down to have them cut. It was utterly barbaric with no numbing meds at all. And I swore I would never ever do that to my child.

Onto my opinion of men based on experience. Now, prior to my marriage I was channeling my inner Sex in the City for over a decade. So I spent half that time in Chicago with men of all kinds. Nerdy, jocks, military, business, you get where I'm going here. All of them cut. So many with weird penis issues. Can't stay hard. Get hard but doesn't cum. Desensitized.

Then I moved to Europe. Intact all around. Not a single erectile issue. And I do think it feels better. Now I live down under. It's a 70/30 split here. The greater percentage intact. I saw the same issues with cut guys. Only 1 intact guy had an issue.

So that's my experience. Might not be everyones.

Hearing midwesternmom's reply makes me very, very embarrassed to be an American. I've worked as a lab tech drawing blood on babies for years and about died of mortification when a new tech thought a newborn baby boy's 'penis' was broken because of the perfectly normal foreskin.
I really don't get this just "ew,gross" thing, It comes across as quite childish and ignorant imho. I have no doubt there are some that are not well-maintained but the same goes for cut ones.
I don't have a penis so I can't say one way or the other, but I've always thought the train of thought of 'that's how we've always done it ..." is kind of counter-productive. =P
