One of my favorite topics, especially when it involves a woman doing it to a man. Whether it's his own spunk or the spunk of the woman's lover, this has always been a big turn on for me. Is usually fairly easy to check if your story has been published on Lit. You can go to ypour submission page and check on the progress or check the list of new stories. If it has enough punch one way or another to move people you will also likely get feedback of some type.
