What about...not forced per se, but someone goes into the operating room for something small/routine, but they mix up the charts and the wrong operation gets done, and she wakes up with a pair of 36Ds?

and they say to her that it can't be taken out for at least a month the dr schedules the new surgery and this changes her life since she's attracting far more male attention than before, she becomes more comfortable with herself, meets this guy, than she starts wondering that it must be her new breasts and doesn't want to take it out anymore

seems like a good story if well written, it could be made even into a movie
