Presenting the Bakfiet cargo bike. It holds two children (with seat belt) or a weeks groceries with room to spare.

The short version is depicted. For those who eat even more than I do, there is a longer model. Total length? Eight feet!

I almost said "wants!" but to pedal it out and about... :eek:
 
Supposedly it is actually very easy to manage. The gear ratios must be quite low and it isn't designed to hit much in the way of speed. After all, there can little ones in that front box. BTW, the picture is not the eight foot model. Cute, what?
 
Looks like an updated pedicab to me. A little two cylinder, two stroke motor would deal with those pesky hills. It could run on liposuction fat or chicken shit. :D
