Healthcare would be provided by the state for that which is life threatening. all non essential surgery would be handled privatley.

racial quotas would be abolished. the klu klux klan, and various other groups like them, as weel as their black asian etc counterparts. would be hunted down and slaughtered in the street.

Energy would be provided by the state in the form of nuclear and hydroelectric power. cars would be mandated to move to fuel cell technology.

The enviroment is a resource and will be treated as such. not something to worship. something to be preserved, only in so much as it is usefull to have for later.

Education will be provided, either in state run schools or by private schools sponsored by state funds per student.
