Personally I think all cars and car seats should be equiped with them.... But most people wouldn't take the time to hook them up, I'm sorry to say

My van is equipped with two 5-pt harness safety seats. The twins use them. The youngest has a booster seat with a 5pt harness. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a top tether, and I don't think the seat has a place to attach one either. Does anyone know if there are kits for that?
