Does anyone know how to bustle a dress? I have a gown with a train (not a super long train, but long enough that I don't want to step on it during the reception) and I need to bustle it. Everyone tells me just to take it to a seamstress, but I can't see paying someone else $100 when I know how to sew - I just need some directions.

If you can sew, then why pay a seamstress? It's not being cheap - it's being logical!
