This is for Lasher and Melody Lane(Lashers #1 fan). I am usually very laid back. I love to joke, be sarcastic, and make goofy remarks. Rarely do blow up like I did with the post on Lasher. However there are times when people need to recognize that posting their usual schtick is not appropriate. Why? Well believe it or not there are times when people are dead serious and are not interested in your bullshit. If all you have to say is negative smartass bullshit then how about having the intelligence not to reply to that particular post? Next of all, It does scare off new or shy people. Sorry that not everyone has the thick skin that others do but does that mean they should be discouraged from expressing their ideas? Being sensitive is not a crime. Personally, I don't give a fuck what Lasher and his pals post anymore. I'm not thinned skinned but I do like to express my opinion when I see a consist pattern of a person or a group making Literotica a lesser place through ignorance and insensitivity to others in certain forums. Also, you can stop your tip toeing routine. It's even more childish than your usual shit. Flame away people!!

I've done that, and felt bad for it, and always try to make up for it, or at least made a reconciliatory gesture. So, I understand your point, but you could have made your point better without the Lasher/Melody vitriol, because, as you see, everyone's bashing you, and not listening. Your friendly point is lost in your "Me vrs. You" rhetoric which only gives us the impetus to check up on all your old posts to find out if and when you've ever been a dick. It's all about being combative now, which is not what you wanted, I think. BB posts have no vocal tones or inflections, and are TOO TOO easy to misconstrue -- particularly those of the verbose and clever, like Lasher and Melody. If you've never been to Scotland, it's almost exactly like 'Brigadoon' (except, most of us have Scottish accents) and hardly at all like 'Trainspotting'.

We're going through a bit of a heatwave at the moment (tropical conditions) and the New Scottish Parliament are handing out 800 dollars worth of spending tokens to anyone that fancies popping over for a visit. (You can pretty much buy the whole country for that.)

You'll probably spend most of your time here surfing and hanging about with blonde Amazonian beach babes and Antonio Banderas look-alikes but, if you get the chance, you really must visit our pyramids and the world famous Leaning Tower before heading up to the Edinburgh Castle Disney Complex.

Under Scots Law we're legally bound to use the word "panties" rather than "knickers" (see Lasher vs the UK, May 2000) and we spell "colours" and "neighbours" without the "u".

Hell, you don't even need to declare your handguns when you're going through customs - they just let you walk right through.

As for those people that are truly sincere, yadayada...well, it they are going to post something on the web, of all places...they should accept the fact that there is going to be a response both good & bad, both sincere & sarcastic, both warm and cuddly, & cold and harsh. Basically, if I read a thread...and have a thought about it, odds are I'll post it.
