Why don't we actually send an email to people we admire saying so on here. It seems that peoples lifes... mine and others would be far easier if we were upfront with eachother

Especially when we could all be friendly a lot quicker because of it. I mean it is nice talking to people but there is still the "why haven't we talked earlier" bit.

I know I am shy but I try and let people know what I think about them (Tiggs, if you are reading... yes I like you!)

Hate to say it but, well isn't Tiggs like majorly taken?

I email someone I like, well love actually, at least twice a day, once to say goodmorning and once to say goodnight.

Of course I email others, and friendships have developed or are developing, but I don't know if I could Email someone and say "hey you sound so good on the board, wanna get together" Just couldn't see me doing that.

I quite often just hit the little Email Icon and start to babble on to someone that I haven't even talked to on the board because, some things are best said privately.

Anyway I'll shut up now, Chef I like you ... Does that help?

What a wonderful idea, Chef. I think about doing that a lot, but I'm always stumbling over the obstacle of having nothing to say. I guess just telling someone "Hey, I think you're pretty cool." is saying enough, but with most of the people I admire, I feel like a total dork beside them.

Somebody here on this board had the guts to e-mail me, which I'm very happy about! Because it have lead to 2 very good and close friendships being formed because of that!!

Nope, couldn't do it...I'm damn tired of writing to people, only to not hear back from them. That is pretty fucking rude if you ask me.

I've had a few nice people e-mail me out of the blue though, and it is sort of daunting...I mean, they have never told me "who they are" on the BB...so, I could very well be talking to someone who I've grown to dislike on the BB...and feeling very likeable feelings towards them in e-mail. Sort of a good feeling actually, hard to explain, so don't ask.

So, I extend this offer to you...if you find me in the least interesting, please e-mail me...but for god's sake, tell me who the hell you are...one guy got lucky and piqued my interest...usually, if I don't recognize the name, I delete, delete, delete.

Hecate... anyone on my ICQ has had it happen either their way or mine... and lickerish told me she liked me in an email... It made my day but it also frustrated me by the way people take so long... I am as bad true but I was hoping it was an opportunity to let go of these insecurities and make someones day.

For those who did it I very much thank and applaud you, whoever you chose to shower with niceness.

And those who emailed me... one is coming I promise but email and I don't really agree.
