I LOVE the look too, a person on another forum explained it once that there is sort of a sub-set of the foot fetish where a guy loves it when a woman is shoe-less where she really should not be. I wish I could remember the name of that sub-foot-fetish, but cannot however.

Surprisingly, one of the best places to see this...is at church! Yep, no joke. These are woman who wear heels and pantyhose only once per week (unlike some office workers who practically live in heels) and thus find them painful and often take them off.
