I'm going to be throwing up soon - what should I eat?

I had breakfast a couple hours ago and now I?m starving. Of course, I?m also quite nauseated and I know I won?t be keeping down much if I eat anything. I?ve had some ice cream but I?d like real food as well, does anyone know of something that won?t upset my stomach too much, is absorbed quickly and won?t hurt if I lose it?

Ok, first off, why are you nauseated? Secondly, almost every doctor will suggest something called a BRAT diet. Basically it's, bananas, rice, applesauce, and toast. These items can actually help to lower stomach acidity.

dried toast is good ... try not to eat dairy products and drink boiled water

if you cant keep anything down thats probably your best bet

hope you feel better soon

I'm nauseated because I started my period. No banana's, no applesause, no rice, but I think there is toast. I don't think it has anything to do with my stomach acid levels though.

"is there any cake left?

seriously Never, try some soup"

Yes, there's still quite a bit of Mischak's wonderful chocolate cake...
We have lots of soup.

sexy-girl, how about I eat you? I'm certain that would be good for me.

Toast, luke warm Sprite & lots of Pamprin do the trick for me. No dairy, it can make the nausea worse. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
