I had it bad last Jan. Wife took me to the emergency room at the hospital. They pumped a liter an a half of saline into me to make up for what had come out.

Three days later abourd a cruse ship the Doc quiped "You didn't even make it to Encenada!"

In spite of the fact that you don't want to, DRINK WATER.
