Every country has 'em, the 'Homeless' and every year the Salvation Army set up soup kitchens etc to feed these dregs of society, this flotsam and jetsome, those which society needs inorder to function.
Why should these people have it all their own way? I am not talking about some Argentinian style purge here, drag a tramp into an alley and shoot it - NO! that would be wrong. I am suggesting a swop - an organ for a roof and food, a kidney for a bed (after tissue typing and tests)
