Does anyone ever click on a certain name and just go read what one person has posted lately (or over the coarse of there lit lifetime)? Just curious.

I did when I first started lurking here. I originally came to the forums to see if any of my favorite writers had posted anything. I've always been fascinated by writers and love the rare occasions there are interviews with my favorites on NPR or in the newspaper. It was that same fascination that led me here and led me to search the postings to see what these people were actually like.
The only times I've done so since then are when I'm trying to remember something clever someone said and can't remember the thread it was on.

Well, not quite. But there are a few people whose posts I always check out if I happen to see them. I.e. if I see their names as the latest poster on a thread I never followed or grew bored of, that thread suddenly become a lot more interresting.
Also, I PM and mail a select few people like nuts. On the other hand, they do reply, and niether of us wants go give away the last word.

Yes. I have about 20 people's homepages bookmarked. When I read a good story and want to read more later, I bookmark them so I can find them later and not forget. When I have time, I click one and read another story of theirs.sweetnpetite said:
