After saying people who seek immunity are probably guilty of something, Michael Flynn then proceeded to agree to testify before Congress on the collusion between the con artist campaign and Russia, but only on the condition he be granted immunity.
When that went over like a granite balloon, Flynn compounded his guilt by refusing to turn over documents the Senate committee has requested regarding his contacts with Russian agents as far back as 2015. He claims because of all the "hysteria" about the Russian collusion, anything he says could be used against him. The Senate committee isn't buying it and could refer the matter for criminal prosecution.
But wait, there's more. It now appears Flynn lied on documents for his security clearance. When asked if any of his overseas trips were paid for by foreign government or entities, Flynn said no. Flynn also stated he had no significant contact with foreign agents on these trips.
In fact, the money he received for a speech in Moscow was paid for by the Russian government, and Flynn is shown seated next to Vladimir Putin at the dinner that evening.
After all is said and done, Flynn fell back to the one tried and true method of the guilty. He will invoke his Fifth Amendment right not to provide incriminating evidence against himself. As if we needed any more evidence of his crimes.
