I starting using Flowmax recently and now I can't shoot cum. The orgasms are stronger than I have had in years, but no cum. I still make plenty of precum. Anyone else with this issue.

I've had the same thing but it may just be my age...I'm old old old..so it may not be flowmax in my case...Tell us/me if you find something out.

I've used it short-term before due to having a kidney stone with no side effects. But a friend who has been on it for a while told me he had the same issue as you. No solutions to offer I'm afraid.

Ask your doctor.

Flowmax is generally prescribed for Benign Prostate Hypoplasia, which is a condition that can interfere with ejaculation. So, It may not be the medication per se but simply disease progression that is causing the problem.

I take 5mg of Cialas daily for BPH, and have no ejaculation issues. ..Ask your doctor if that might be appropriate for you.

This is a common effect of tamsulosin (Flomax). In relaxing the prostate and bladder neck muscles to improve urine flow, the strength of the ejaculation is reduced, though having no effect on the sensation of orgasm, as the OP notes. With relaxation of the bladder neck, a retrograde ejaculation is occurring, ie, the ejaculate is flowing backwards into the bladder rather than being forced out the urethra. This is completely harmless.

I started using this supplement. I have these massive itchy red blotches all over my body, im losing my hair, my vision is impaired and my whole body is in pain. Does anyone else have these symptoms ? Or maybe I should see my doctor ?

What he said. Pretty common with tamsulosin.

Most likely this. My doc told me about retrograde ejaculation when I first went on it. I definitely experienced that for a while but it eventually mellowed out. Not entirely but mostly. Still no shooting but that is as much age as anything for me.

I was still shooting a small amount of cum before, now nothing. Orgasms are intense. I still leak a lot of precum. I miss the taste of my cum
