surprise for the flower delivery girl?
The entire last week has been so hectic, trying to find extra daycare, working long hours, seeming like I was never going to be at home again. The rush we faced before the mother's day holiday was like super bowl sunday at a bar and it was almost over. Now with only 3 deliveries left before I could call it quits for the weekend I was lost! Lost! Not like I didn't know where I was but I had a vase with 1 dozen red roses and only one name "Dane" on the envelope and the address. I had gone to the address on the card but noone answered the doorbell. Going next door I was told by a neighbor that only a single man lived in the house in question and that no one named "Dane" lived anywhere in the neighborhood that he knew of. Not wanting any mothers to go without their boquets on their special day I decided to try one more time at the mystery house. Finally on the second ring of the bell I heard someone moving through the house and ventured a knock. As the door opened I found myself staring into the most hypnotizing blue eyes I had ever seen and to my surprise as I looked down I realized he wore only a towel....he had been in the shower! I was at a loss for words and could only stare into his eyes and hope he would say something to break my stupor...............
