A flood of families are canceling their Disney memberships — from amusement parks to Disney+ streaming — over the woke entertainment company’s leftist, LGBTQIA+ agenda, with one parent noting, “Walt would turn over in his grave” if he saw what Disney has become.

Loyal Disney consumers and saying the company has gotten out of control with its wokeness in recent years and now they believe there’s a left-wing political agenda in virtually every facet of the company — from its movies, streaming service shows, to its theme parks and other offerings from its entertainment and media conglomerate.

Walt probably is turning in his grave, but so what? He was a right-wing jerk, especially toward the end of his life. At the time he died, young people were starting to be denied admission to Disneyland for having long hair like the Beatles. Can you imagine how upset he would act toward even greater expressions of divergence from traditional gender roles?

Personally, I think it's great that the look-backwards crowd is being encouraged to stay away. Leaves shorter lines and more room at the Disney facilities for people who just want to live and let live.

I like what Larry Hogan said about the Florida Governor's vindictive hissy fit over corporate acceptance of diversity-- "There is that little thing called freedom of speech."
